The A12 runs through the village, with Chapel Road (leading to the Congregational chapel of 1778) to the left and Blythburgh Road to the right. Wrentham Stores (right), run by D G Sadd, overlooks the green. The Ford Cortina is parked outside Broadways, an 'RAC approved tearoom with bed and breakfast 10s 6d.' Opposite are the Reading Room of 1888 and the village hall of 1862. A central porch was added to Wren House, on the left, in c1975.
