More about this scene
The variety of boats and number of boatsheds indicate the importance of Wroxham as a centre for holidaymakers. The King's Head Hotel now provides an attractive venue for a meal alongside the moorings, and is easily reached by rail from Norwich, Cromer or Aylsham. The station can be seen on the horizon right centre of the picture.
