More about this scene

To the north of Borth lies Ynyslas, which consists of a fine series of sand dunes, many now protected as a National Nature Reserve. Here, during the Second World War, secret rockets and radar bugging devices were tested, and a number of brick and concrete buildings were erected to protect those observing the experiments.

Sparked a Memory for you?

If this has sparked a memory, why not share it here?

Some of my fathers hens can be seen in the photograph.
