Our despatch times are normal, but Royal Mail & Parcelforce delivery times are varying depending on location - some parcels arrive next day and others are taking up to 10 days, which we have no control over.We will update this message as anything changes.

From the age of 6 to 13 (1962-1969), I spent just about every summer holiday staying with two of my aunts in Woodingdean and what very happy memories I have of those times. I lived in this part of Woodingdean from 1955 until 1960 and the general area was known as Warren Farm, presumably after a farm which had once existed here. The main road was thus Warren Road. The shops were built in 1959/60 and the Steele family took possession of the first 2 shops as soon as they were finished. The shop, on the corner of Falmer and Warran, opened as a hairdressers and was managed by my then fiance Lesley, the adjoining shop opened as a laundrette, run by Lesley's mother. The family lived in the maisonette above the shops and I have many happy memories of that era.
