This view of Castle Street was taken in the summer sunlight, with a couple of parked cars and a few pedestrians. The Old Bull's Head is on the left: this famous hostelry was originally built in 1472, and was rebuilt in 1617. Both Dr Johnson and Charles Dickens stayed here.
