More about this scene
The White Swan stands on the north side of Bondgate Within. The frontage is mid 19th-century, but the real gem is inside. The 59ft x 63ft Olympic Room is comprised of fittings salvaged from the 'Titanic's' sister ship 'Olympic' which was broken up at Jarrow in the 1930s.
