Christchurch, High Street 1900

More about this scene
Christchurch's High Street boasts much fine Georgian and Victorian architecture. Leading up to the castle and priory church, the High Street has always been the focus of the town. It is interesting to remember that trade prospered in this street for centuries before a single house was built in neighbouring Bournemouth.
