Susie's Fish Shop Askew Road

A Memory of Gateshead.

Can anyone remember or does anyone have pictures of Susie's Fish Shop on Askew Road? The - period would be 1950's thereabouts; my nana and grandad owned it and I would love to know a bit more about it.

what was Susie,s second name
My nanna worked with Sylvia at Hunter's the Bakers, we don't have photographs of the shop, but when they were on their lunch break Sylvia used to hop onto a bus during her lunch break and go up to the fish shop to have her lunch at her mothers.
My nanna also went to Sylvia's wedding and even visited Suzie's house on occasion! Let me know if you read this and I can let you know more
