Town Street
A Memory of Gateshead.
Anyone on this site know of Town Street, Gateshead (No 32 in particular) I was born in West Sussex but was brought up to Town Street shortly after to visit my grandparents and then about two after that I was put up for adoption and I am now researching my family tree and would love to find out information on the Storey family who lived in Town Street, especially people who knew my birth father James William Joseph Storey (good or bad news both welcome). It states on his marriage certificate (in 1948) that he was born in 1919, but I can't find a birth certificate anywhere. Any information about the Town Street area or any of the Storey's in the Gateshead area would be appreciated as I have learnt that I have a brother and a sister who I have never met for over 60 years and would dearly love to find them.
