Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

More about this scene
The pier, the second longest in the country after Southend's, reached out from the mile and a half long esplanade and was built in 1832 to shorten the time taken to travel to the continent. Boats travelling down the Thames estuary from London were met by stagecoaches here, and their passengers were transported onward by road to Dover. The Grand Pier Pavilion was opened by the Lord Mayor of London in 1910, but was gutted by fire in 1970.
