Lincoln, Stonebow 1890

More about this scene
Through Stone Bow we look back across the setts to its rear, with the High Street stretching away into the distance through the archway. To the right is John Gibson's dignified Italianate bank of 1883, now the Nat West and well restored. It towers over Stone Bow and is one of the city's finest Victorian commercial buildings.
