I spent a period of time at Siddington Hall when I was 4, with my four siblings. We were fostered and from there adopted in to a fantastic home. I have a few memories of my time there including the cots and the nursery, and oddly enough, the dining hall. I was sat around the dining hall table at meal time, when dinner was presented. Hi all..I’ve just come across this site whilst looking for information on pallotti hall.now and again I try to find this place and then forget what it’s called..I’m quite sure it is now called thornycroft hall off pexhill rd in siddington.(if I’m wrong then please correct me). Living in the beautiful countryside, 1963 till 1968 . Looking after the wonderful children . I remember the lake , pushing the children in the proms to the top of the hill to Mrs wains little house where she sold sweets x great memories
I lived at pallotti hall from 1968. I have some happy memories but also some sad ones. I fondly remember sister Theophane and sister Aquinata and the kindness they showed to me. I was in both nursery rooms and remember there being lots of children. I would love to share memories with other children (now adults) who went there. Thankyou.
I spent some time at Pallotti hall,back in the late 50s while my Mother spent time in hospital,originally I went there with my brother,who died there at the age of 14months,I have some bad memories of my time spent in Pallotti hall
