More about this scene
This is one of several short parades of shops along the main road through Penn. Built in the early to mid 20th century, it remains largely unchanged today. Spring Hill Corner is an ancient junction where Springhill Lane branches off the Wolverhampton road towards Lower Penn. It runs along the top of a ridge and is prehistoric in origin.
