More about this scene
The fine colonnaded building second from left is the Grand Hotel; it still stands, as does Eliot Terrace to its right. 3 Eliot Terrace was the home of Lord and Lady Astor for many years. Nancy Astor was the first woman MP in the country, representing Plymouth Sutton from 1919–46.
