Caption for Wethersfield, The Village C1965: The long white building has its roots in the 15th century. It was once The Red Lion, but later became a garage. There used to be a shed at the back where you could get your radio accumulator recharged, when radios had such things. During the Great War, The Lion served as a hospital.
