Wigan, All Saints Church 1895

More about this scene
All Saints was virtually rebuilt during the late 1840s. The west tower was heightened in 1861, but the lower part is 13th-century, or perhaps even earlier, as the walls here are 6ft thick and there is also a garderobe chamber. In the church there is a monument to Sir William Bradshaigh and his wife.
