Wethersfield, Dog Inn c.1965

More about this scene
This driveway leads past the church to Wethersfield Hall. The village doctor once had his surgery at the Hall, though his patients disliked passing the graveyard whenever they visited him. Today, the ivy has really taken hold of the gate-piers. The Dog is still open for business, but not, one suspects, to many Hillman Imps.
