More about this scene
A plaque inside explains that 'The funds for this water supply were promised by Ann Jeaffreson on September 29 1896, the day week preceding her sudden death. She gave the supply to Framlingham in tender Remembrance of her dear father and mother, William Jeaffreson (FRCS, 1844) and Cordelia his wife. Ho, everyone that thirsteth come you to the water: And he that hath no money come you'.
