Hi Thank you so much for the framed map of our 'home', it is lovely to be able to match the places in the area to those shown on our house deeds, we have these since the land was a field, just as shown in the map! I only ordered the map by via the website on Sunday evening, and it arrived Thursday morning, a lovely surprise - thank you. I am writing to ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to everyone concerned in my recent order of 7 photographs from the Around Bournemouth book. The package arrived a few days ago and I couldn't be more thrilled with it! The most important thing was how beautifully it was wrapped and it arrived in perfect condition. When I unwrapped the photographs I was so delighted with them and kept looking at them over and over again. Just to say thank you for the 3 framed pictures of old Pontefract, they are lovely just as I wanted and very quick delivery. I am retiring from 48 years in the NHS and I am donating them to the ward at Pontefract Hospital where I worked as a Nurse. They will be delighted and will cheer up many patients that remember that era.

It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.
