A Memory of Harold Hill.

I also lived in sedgefield Crescent I remember when that poor man hung him self and also that some kid walking to school found him , thought he was a dummy hanging there.

I remember that. The guy's daughter was in my class at Dycorts Junior School when we in Mr Pearce's class so that would make it around 1957- 1958.
I think her name was Janet Searle but could not swear to it. Can remember a mortuary van coming away from the Manor where it happened. Very sad.
