More about this scene
On the left is the Electricity Centre; Selright, a ladies' fashion shop: Topping's shoe shop; and Anscombes the photographer's. The delicate cresting over the shops has gone. The lower building marks Grosvenor Yard. Beyond are the semi-circular front of the 1930s Doric Cinema and the gable of King Edward VII Memorial Hall.
