Hi Thank you so much for the framed map of our 'home', it is lovely to be able to match the places in the area to those shown on our house deeds, we have these since the land was a field, just as shown in the map! I only ordered the map by via the website on Sunday evening, and it arrived Thursday morning, a lovely surprise - thank you. It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days.
