I ordered my picture last Friday. I appreciated this was very likely to miss the Christmas delivery deadline. Imagine my shock and delight when my order was delivered today (Tuesday). This is outstanding service. The picture was a special Christmas gift for a relative. It featured a striking image of my relative's maternal grandfather as a teenager in 1910. A remarkable find from a remarkable collection. Thank you Francis Frith people.

I am writing to ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to everyone concerned in my recent order of 7 photographs from the Around Bournemouth book. The package arrived a few days ago and I couldn't be more thrilled with it! The most important thing was how beautifully it was wrapped and it arrived in perfect condition. When I unwrapped the photographs I was so delighted with them and kept looking at them over and over again.
