I have just received my picture of Dale Street, and wanted to tell you how pleased I am with it. I lived in Liverpool until I met my husband and came down South, 38 years ago and the picture brings back happy memories of working along there. It arrived in perfect condition too which was good, as the postman has a habit of folding everything in quarters and jamming it through the letterbox. Owing to your excellent wrapping he had to knock at the door. Thank you once again I'm thrilled with it.

It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. I'm Just writing to let you know how absolutely delighted I am with my prints I spent many many happy holidays in Bourenmouth when I was a child in the 50s and 60s with my two brothers and parents. The two pictures I chose remind me of those happy days and the memories that will last forever. I still love visiting Bournemouth - it has to be my most favourite place on earth.
