I ordered my picture last Friday. I appreciated this was very likely to miss the Christmas delivery deadline. Imagine my shock and delight when my order was delivered today (Tuesday). This is outstanding service. The picture was a special Christmas gift for a relative. It featured a striking image of my relative's maternal grandfather as a teenager in 1910. Hello lovely people, Oh my god! My frame arrived! It is my favourite picture of Walton on the naze village. I was so excited to see the picture amongst your selection and promised myself a frame. I fell in love with the village on holiday and consequently chose to travel from London to get married there. This item has made me soooo happy. Lovely quality for a photo taken 100 years ago
Wasn't sure how good the quality from a 100 year old neg would be, but the photo exceeded my expectations. Mounting and frame looked nice quality as well. The perspex was hard to differentiate from glass, apart from weight, so was an acceptable alternative. Arrived in good time and well packed. All in all very pleased and would recommend.

It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.

Very rarely get to write these. Ordered photo for my Dad at about 8.30 on Sunday night (18th) delivered, correct in all regards on 21st. Thank you for getting this to me on time, I am looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas as it shows his primary school and the road he grew up in and is much better than the bar of fruit and nut my brother and I agreed earlier were the only things he would think of if asked to choose a christmas present. I'm Just writing to let you know how absolutely delighted I am with my prints I spent many many happy holidays in Bourenmouth when I was a child in the 50s and 60s with my two brothers and parents. The two pictures I chose remind me of those happy days and the memories that will last forever. I still love visiting Bournemouth - it has to be my most favourite place on earth.
