I ordered my picture last Friday. I appreciated this was very likely to miss the Christmas delivery deadline. Imagine my shock and delight when my order was delivered today (Tuesday). This is outstanding service. The picture was a special Christmas gift for a relative. It featured a striking image of my relative's maternal grandfather as a teenager in 1910. I was very excited to see this on your website to buy. My parents owned the village shop in the picture from the late 1950's (not sure what date) until 1965 when I was just under 2 years old. They sold your postcards in their shop and I still have some tucked away somewhere. They obviously were very involved in village life although both are now deceased. They used to talk very fondly about their time in Wetheral and the village characters. Thank you for making my Christmas with being able to purchase this item.

It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. As old age comes on I find looking at times gone by interesting , it does not seem to be something we take interest in when growing up, as the old story ask your relatives question about their life. Happy Christmas, keep the photos coming.
