More about this scene
The steep slopes of The Bank provide a grandstand view of Baildon, a typical Pennine town standing on the edge of Baildon Moor, famous for its enigmatic prehistoric 'cup and ring'-marked stones. In the background can be seen the tower of the parish church of St John, built in 1848.
