B Ishop Loveday School And The Village
A Memory of Bodicote.
WE lived in Blackwood Place not sure what date we moved there I think it was about 1965 just after my sister Samantha was born. It was a new house .My sister Sam and I went to the school in the village and I think it had not long been open. I am doing a project to assist my daughter of 7 what I was doing when I was seven...
I recall the village shop which was run my Mr Sands.
THe vicar was Donald Bishop and the head master was Mr Tinsdeal?? I now live in Australia and did try and visit the school when back in Banbury last year sadly even after calling the school they did not respond to my emails so I didn't get to do a nostalgia tour..
