Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Village Shop

A Memory of Chilham.

If my memory serves me correctly, the house here used to be one of the village shops. I used to live to the left of the picture at The Paddock. The Star Pub was almost opposite the village shop. Happy days.

This is Chilham leas, The shop in the foreground in the 60s was owned by Mr Parish, The star pub opposite is still there.

Had my first beer in the pub. Was friendly with David parish who lived in the corner shop. Although I live in Canada I still own a house about 150 yds up from pub. Wonderful memories.

Hello Kim, yes my younger sister is Julie. She lives in rainham .
My old mum still lives at old wives leas.
I will ask her if she remembers you.
