Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

This small church on the outskirts of Portsmouth dates from 1872, and the north aisle from 1875. On seeing St Andrew's, Pevsner observed: 'At first sight the external effect is rather odd, with the chancel roof rising higher than that of the nave'.

My Grandad Alfie Brown built a lot of the houses along the Havant Road. Lower Farlington Road, First Avenue, we lived at 396 Havant Road and I have happy memories of those days in the fifties when we went to Solent Road School , I especially remember going to the scout hut for a party to celebrate the coronation of our Queen. Farlington and the church will always hold special memories for me .
We moved to Farlington after being bombed out of Stanley Avenue in Portsmouth. My first school was Bedhampton where most of the lessons were in the Airaid Shelter! I then went on to Manor House School at Havant where I stayed until the death of Mrs Wallace and the closure of the school.My education was completed at Havant Secondary School which I left in 1953.
