More about this scene
Silhouetted against the skyline, the south lock- house does not immediately appear to be a part of one of the county's major tourist attractions. A museum has opened on the site presenting a comprehensive history of the locks, and the Foxton Inclined Plane Trust hopes one day to reconstruct the lost building; but as in most similar projects, money might well prove to be the stumbling block.
