More about this scene
The pub on the corner was always a handy place for a quick lunchtime pint, and even in 1965 for a pie. Of Harborne’s pubs, the Bell, Old Church Street has survived for three hundred years; its bar is in the passageway. The Junction, High Street has one very big room, an island bar, and some fixtures and fittings supplied by the Bass Museum.
