More about this scene
In the shadow of Europe's first million kilowatt power station, opened in 1962, lies this Georgian house. It was built on the site of an earlier Hall demolished in the late 18th century. The south-facing aspect is now covered by ivy but the gap between the trees still permits this glimpse of the premises.
