Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Can Anyone Tell Me More About This Burns’s Lodging?
My 3rd Great Grandparents lived at 23 Seagate, Irvine in the late 1800s. Their surname was Burns.

The Moor Irvine
I was resident there from birth 1945 until adoption 18 months later. The matron was Miss Logan.

Happy Days
I was Head Girl at Irvine Royal for the last two years of my education. I was a Kilwinning girl and attended from 1969-1972. Living through the 3 day week and walking daily from Kilwinning to Irvine wasn't much fun! But I loved school there so nothing was a problem.My favourite teachers were Willie Stewart and Willie MCIllvaney. Inspirational men!I graduated from Strathclyde with a BSC in Maths and have enjoyed a very successful career in many different careers.

The Moor Residential Nursery
I work in the Moor nursery in Irvine for a year I can never find any pictures or information on it . Would be good to see any pictures I think it was around 19 69 Jacquelyn Mclatchie nee Biggar

Genealogy & Research Images

Despite over 20 years’ work on the archive, these scans have still not been individually checked and may prove to be damaged, faded, or not of sufficient quality to ever be offered in our full product range. However, if you would particularly like to buy one of these please get in touch quoting the Frith negative number,(s) the town name and size of print you would like to buy. On receipt of your enquiry our archivist will check the scan and advise you if the quality is good enough.

What is an Album?

An album is a way to save a selection of Frith photos, maps and memories that are of interest to you.

Creating an Album enables you to make short lists and then make a final selection from the album. In particular it makes ordering things like calendars much easier - simply create an Album of the 12 photos you like and then use the Album when placng your order - our order process will give you this option.

You can create as many Albums as you want, so perhaps make one for your hometown, where you live now, where your parents live now etc.
