Stafford And Storey - a Memory of Lemington.

Hi, I am wondering if I can use this site to find out more about the Staffords who lived at 27 Eva Street, Lemington. Thomas Stafford's son Ronald Charles Stafford married a Josephine Storey of Gateshead in 1972 and I am hoping someone from this site knows any information about them. Josephine Storey is my long lost sister and would love to be able to contact her.

I am trying to trace my Grandfather

My grand mother (Kathleen Watson) left Lemington believed to be in 1929 to work in London. My mothers father - from 3rd hand information - might have been a man name John Coote who might have gone to Australia just before my mother was born. I cannot find any records from ancestry websites. The only information I have is this:

William Watson married Teresa Brennan. Their chidren:
James - killed on submarine HMS Snapper. No Children
Oswald - drowned as a teenager in the Tyne. No Children
Peter - No Children.
Lawrance ( Larry). - two daughters.
Martin. - 3 sons.
Kathleen - Several children including my mother.
Anne. - might have had son or daughter but would be approx 107 now).

My mother lived at 5 Lloyd St Lemington. Went to St Georges Catholic church school in Bells Close. Left Lemington around 1945/46.

If anyone has any memories and could fill in some blanks I would appreciate to learn more.
