More about this scene
The Truro River promises visitors exquisite scenery, its broad banks enriched with lush green woods. Malpas was a miniature port of great antiquity, but is now the exclusive haunt of yachtsmen and weekend sailors. Passengers from Falmouth disembarked at the quay here when the tide prevented a landing at Truro.
