My Road

A Memory of Paddock Wood.

The year i was born in this road. 119 Maidstone Road, the Woods residence. Side by side next to my granparents fish & chip shop. I always remember that the house to right of the phone box was always deralicet? Did something happen in that house?

I was in paddock wood in the 60s early 70s. used the bus stop on maidstone road. Dont remember the chippy though. Where was it ? I remember the petrol station.

Does anyone remember the old bakery, master baker Thomas Woods, think he was related to the woods who had the fish and chip shop, trying to trace family links, thanks
