Picnics On The Commom
A Memory of Penn.
1950s,my father used to work at Baggeridge colliery ,we sometimes waited for him at the bottom of the common, there was a little shop there to get refreshments,in the nice weather we could play football,we were a family of four lads.
It has now been took over mostly by trees.
