My Childhood In Seaton Burn
A Memory of Seaton Burn.
Hi, my name is Margaret Thomas and before I was married I was Irving. I was brought up by my grandparents, Norman and Rosie Turnbull. They lived at number 2 Office Houses, which were pit houses.
One of my memories was playing in the pit yard with friends and family, as this was my backyard. I did have good memories as well as some not so good.
