More about this scene
This view looks westwards from the River Winniford to Golden Cap (centre skyline) and Langdon Hill (top right). The buildings beside Sea Hill Lane are the Anchor Inn and Anchor Inn Cottage (left), Seatown House (centre) with its flag-pole, and thatched Seatown Farmhouse (right), which was known as Marsh's Farm. Between the Anchor Inn and Golden Cap are former coastguard buildings, with the watch house facing seawards and Guard House Cottages towards the camera.
