A Memory of Speke.

I lived at 148 Rycot Rd in the prefabs and then we moved to 3 Rycot Rd (a brick house) by Western Ave. I lived there until I left for Canada in 1966. It's interesting to look at Google street view and see how much it's changed. I don't remember many names from there.

II lived on central avenue in the 60s before moving to west mains I went to Stapleton avenue secondary modern school.My name is Barry Robinson and my brother Brian..I worked part time as a waiter at the Dove and Olive pub for many years and probably terrorized the neighbourhood on my Triumph 500cc I moved to London in 1967 and have lived in Vancouver Canada since 1970 Would love to hear if anyone has any memories of myself or my family.Names I remember are the Tweedles,Andy bilsbury,and Alan Hurley.Hope that rings a bell with somebody!
