Splott And Tremorfa

A Memory of Splott.

I was born in Glossop Terrace Hospital in 1962. Whilst growing up, I spent my days in Splott and Tremorfa known as Michelle Ursell. Going to Splott Park alot and around Splott Rd and Clifton S. Life was alot different then to what it is now, it was alot safer then. I lost alot of contact with loads of friends as they all grew up and moved on. It would be nice to know how all my friends are getting on now and if they got children and they married. Splott used to be a lovely place to live. I grew up mostly at Walker Rd, Splott and Dunsmuir Rd, Tremorfa. Both of these places are very different now - it is a shame. Cardiff has changed so much. It is too commercial now.......
