Overnight Stays

A Memory of Wincham Hall (Hotel).

In the late 70's early 80's, I used to stay overnight at Wincham Hall, as a Lorry driver. From memory, the parking area was reasonably large, and could accommodate quite a few vehicles. I remember walking down the road, to have a quiet pint, at a pub called the "Slow 'n' Easy".... Don't remember too much more, except for a very clean and tidy tanker, that used to park up regularly, from a company called " Caxton Chocolate"...
