Caption for Aylesbury, County Office c1965: This shows the County Offices of 1928, built in Neo-Georgian style in brick with stone dressings. These now face 'Fred's Folly', the concrete 1960s tower block. The hipped-roofed two storey house beyond survives, but not those beyond, which went for the Friarage Rod/Exchange Street dual carriageway.
