Bath, Upper Weston High Street 1907

More about this scene
Upper Weston has all the appearance of a typical Cotswold stone village with its main street winding gently uphill. The early 19th-century houses on the left are, however, quite urban in feel and reflect the proximity of Bath. Indeed, Weston is connected to the city via the suburbs of Newbridge, Weston Park and Lower Weston.
