Chesterfield, Holywell Street 1954

More about this scene
The chapel of St Thomas once stood on Holywell Street, but even in the 1830s it was little more than a ruin, much of its stone having been taken for other buildings. Another lost chapel is one thought to have been dedicated to St James at Lord's Mill Bridge, of which no trace remains.
