More about this scene
St Martin's Church, with its wood-shingled spire, has a tower clock surrounded by a quotation from the poet Robert Browning - 'Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be.' The western entrance is Norman. The village of Eynsford was once home to a well known man of Kent, the writer and historian Arthur Mee.
