More about this scene
Another of Oxford's much-loved landmarks is the Hertford College Bridge, or the Bridge of Sighs as it is otherwise known. This outstanding structure, which dates back to the beginning of the First World War and is a replica of its Venice namesake, connects the north and south quadrangles of Hertford College.
