Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

More about this scene

This bridge carrying the A131 over the Stour was built of reinforced concrete in 1911. It underwent major repairs in 1983 and was deemed substandard in 1992. After a period of monitoring and a competition inaugurated by the Royal Institute of British Architects in 2000, this bridge was in turn replaced and opened in July 2003. All the buildings on the left, except for the Boathouse Hotel, have been demolished.

My Very First Memory Of Sudbury Suffolk In 1966
Stepped off the train at Sudbury Station accompanied by my then boyfriend, who came from Monks Eleigh. We went to get the bus from the Market Hill. It was a Rules Coach. Salter Hall
I have a Bible presented to Mr Clarence Henry Merrill upon his admission to the freedom of the company by patrimony. This was presented to him and signed by A.W Barrett, Master, Salters Hall 6th December 1888. Anyone know anything about these men? The Bible then went to Clarence Denbigh, then on to Mrs Edward Denbigh. It passed through the Merrill family in the U.S. I would like to return it to a historical society if any one is interested! William Bernard Taylor Family Farm Before They Emigrated To Australia In 1853

William Bernard & Frances Honer (Witts) Taylor
William was born in 1812 in England and, at the time od his marriage, was a parishioner of Great Conard, Suffolk. He married Frances Honer Witts on the 26th November 1834 in St Peter's in the Parish of Sudbury, Suffolk, with the curate, H.W. Genealogy & Research Images

Despite over 20 years’ work on the archive, these scans have still not been individually checked and may prove to be damaged, faded, or not of sufficient quality to ever be offered in our full product range. However, if you would particularly like to buy one of these please get in touch quoting the Frith negative number,(s) the town name and size of print you would like to buy. On receipt of your enquiry our archivist will check the scan and advise you if the quality is good enough.

What is an Album?

An album is a way to save a selection of Frith photos, maps and memories that are of interest to you.

Creating an Album enables you to make short lists and then make a final selection from the album. In particular it makes ordering things like calendars much easier - simply create an Album of the 12 photos you like and then use the Album when placng your order - our order process will give you this option.

You can create as many Albums as you want, so perhaps make one for your hometown, where you live now, where your parents live now etc.
