Old Navy Days
A Memory of Eglinton.
Stationed at the Naval Air Station, Eglinton, around 1956-57. Nights out in Londonderry, but on a week-end over the border to a small village called "Muff" (civvies' clothes naturally, allowed into the local pub via the back door. Drinking by candle light.
"After hours" Then on to the local dance. Midnight, onto the bus and back over the border and back to camp. Often wonder about a young lady I met called Ethna Harley.??
